Delta 8 THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol) is a minor cannabinoid that has become masterfully converted from CBD. Delta 8 is known to be mildly intoxicating.
Delta 8 THC is one isomer different from Delta 9 THC, which is the same THC that you know as medicinal marijuana (or marihuana/weed) that is federally controlled. The biggest difference between the two is how potent they are.
Delta 8 THC will get you high or buzzed, but it isn’t going to get you so high that you cannot function or that you feel anxious or paranoid. It is for that reason alone that Delta 8 is highly preferred by a growing amount of people.
Currently, Delta–8 is banned or restricted in Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Kentucky, Idaho, Iowa, Mississippi, Montana, New York, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, and Washington
