Frequently Asked Questions
Most frequent questions and answers
What is CBD?
CBD is Cannabidiol, one of several major cannabinoids that come from the hemp plant. This cannabinoid is often blended with additional cannabinoids to improve the delivery to the body through what is called the entourage effect.
CBD by itself does not directly interact with our body’s CB1 and CB2 receptors, however, with the presence of additional cannabinoids, it is able to fit into our receptors easier, which then helps you and your body take advantage of its many awesome properties!
More study is required to validate the findings, however, the studies that are available refer to CBD as an anti-inflammatory aid primarily, and there is other evidence that suggests that it can help balance out your peace of mind, and alleviate feelings of anxiety, stress, and depression.
What is Delta 8 THC?
Delta 8 THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol) is a minor cannabinoid that has become masterfully converted from CBD. Delta 8 is known to be mildly intoxicating.
Delta 8 THC is one isomer different from Delta 9 THC, which is the same THC that you know as medicinal marijuana (or marihuana/weed) that is federally controlled. The biggest difference between the two is how potent they are.
Delta 8 THC will get you hgh or buzzed, but it isn’t going to get you so high that you cannot function or that you feel anxious or paranoid. It is for that reason alone that Delta 8 is highly preferred by a growing amount of people.
Is CBD Illegal?
CBD is legal in most states, however, Iowa and Idaho do not allow CBD or any cannabinoid extract of any kind.
Do you ship outside of the US?
No, we do not ship outside of the United States.
What is the Endocannabinoid System? (ECS)
The endocannabinoid system, or endogenous cannabinoid system is a system that resides in both humans and animals, including dogs, cats, fish, lizards, and pretty much anything with a nervous system, which includes all vertebrate species.
This system is responsible for a vast amount of our bodily functions that is present throughout our entire body, including our brain, and all the way out into our limbic system!
CB1 receptors are primarily located in the brain, where CB2 receptors are primarily found throughout the rest of the body, though it is speculated that there are trace amounts of all receptors throughout the body overall.
This system is responsbile for a number of functions, including immune response, communication between cells, appetite and metabolism, memory, and more
What is the difference between Full Spectrum and Isolate?
Full spectrum means that the blend of cannabinoids will contain a small amount of Delta 9 THC, under 0.3% in order to be compliant with the Farm Act of 2018.
Isolate products are products without the presence of any other cannabinoids at all, meaning that if you have CBD isolate, that is the only cannabinoid you have, as it has been separated or isolated from the other natural cannabinoids that are usually with it.
Is Delta 8 Illegal?
Currently, Delta–8 is banned or restricted in Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Kentucky, Idaho, Iowa, Mississippi, Montana, New York, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, and Washington
